Judaism: from the folks that brought you the weekend.

Fabulous quotation of the day, from 52portions.com:

"Judaism is the world's most obsessive-complusive book club. Every week, religous Jews read a portion or 'parsha' of the Hebrew Bible, so that at the end of a year we've read the whole thing. Then we start all over again."

Also like an actual book club not everyone has read it but will try to pass having skimmed through it off as though it's the same thing.

Hey lady, howzabout a trade, you link to my blog and I'll link to yours? Don't know who this is? I'll give you some hints, I'm awesome, I wasn't at winter camp (but apparently Joel plugged the site at Israeli Dancing with the Stars) and you can actually see who I am as a link on Terry's blog. Ken, ken, ken (clap, clap)!

RR/EG, I only *found* that book club quotation by following the link from jewbiquitous, so I knew about this initial-stealing alter ego long ago :)

Missed you this weekend.

Is it ok to comment on this entry even though it appears to be copied directly from somewhere else? Even after I just read (and commented) on the last post???
