Why can't my computer successfully download the California State Tax program for TurboTax, after I finally ponied up and bought the damn thing and spend all this time installing it and doing everything and I have an internet connection and the other updates work yet THE STATE TAX THING ISN'T WORKING AND I'M VERY FRUSTRATED. I mean, ?

For #6 you could, call them and ask for help if it weren't for #3...
If you tried the download from somewhere that wasn't your home, you could try it from another place. Perhaps a firewall was blocking it?
Wouldn't it be the zeroist thing to do is to survey.......
I share your dislike of the phone. I assume it's dislike? Or maybe you like it and wish you were better at talking on it, in which case I'm sort of the exact opposite except that sometimes my mind wanders because I can't see the person I'm talking to.
